Children’s Birthday Parties

The minimum number to make a party booking, including use of the private room in the cafe, is 8 children. If you would like to book for less, we can reserve a table in the main cafe area.

We can cater for up to 25 children at each party.

Yes, you are welcome to bring free standing helium balloons and table decorations. We politely ask that you do not stick or pin anything on the walls and windows.

All food is served with party paper plates, cups and napkins. If you have a particular theme for the party, you are welcome to bring your own. Please give them to the cafe team member on arrival.

Children’s party packages are available from 4 years and older. There is no charge for babies unless catering is required.

As the party organiser, please arrive 30 minutes before your start time, and register in the cafe where a member of the team will be on hand to welcome you and show you to the party room. Please ask your guests to arrive 15 minutes before, so that we can explain the rules and how to play to all the children, and hand out golf clubs, balls & scorecards.

The children should all wear trainers and dress appropriately for the weather conditions on the day.

NO FOOTBALL BOOTS ALLOWED! Please note that trainers must be worn to play Footgolf, as it is played on a real golf course, with real grass!

If you have chosen to play outdoor adventure golf, there is sometimes an option to play indoors if it is wet outside – subject to availability on the day.

Yes, the children are not supervised by us and play in groups of 6. We kindly ask that you arrange for at least 1 adult helper, to supervise each group of 6 children at all times.

Please allow 1 hour to play any of the activities, followed by 1 hour for food and fun in the party room. Total party duration is 2 hours.

Yes, you can pre-book to play another fun activity for £10 per child.

Yes, you can choose to add an ice cream tub for each child for £2.50 per person.

Yes! Just let us know if you wish to bring your own cake and we will arrange plates and forks for you as part of the party package.

Birthday candles are permitted, but no sparklers please.

Yes, we can cater for most dietary requirements as long as you let us know at least 48 hours before the party date.

We require a £50 non refundable deposit to secure your party. With the final balance due 1 week before your party along with confirmation of numbers.

1 hour golf activity – choose to play 18 holes of indoor or outdoor adventure golf or play 9 holes of Footgolf
Private Party Room in the Jungle Java Café after your activity.
Choice of party food – Individual 7″ Pizza for each person (Margherita or Pepperoni) or a Lunch Box with ham, jam or cheese sandwiches, Choc Biscuit, all served with veg sticks and jugs of squash plus an ice cream or lolly for dessert
Party duration – approx. 2 hours max
