You can play on any course at Chichester, seven days a week and at any time. You are not able to use credits to play at our sister clubs at Hill Barn Golf Club or Horton Golf Park. When you book a tee time you will use credits as set out in the table below.

As a Corporate Flexi member you can book 14 days in advance and all tee times must be booked online via our online booking portal. Make sure that you download the app to your phone called EliteLive. You will need to register as a member via the online registration email that you will be sent at the time of joining.

Please note that the credits for each advance booking will automatically be taken from your credit balance, therefore it is important that you cancel your tee time if you are unable to play so that the credits can be returned to your account. Your credit balance at any moment in time will already have any future bookings deducted from it.

Yes, you will receive one gold membership card at the time of joining and will be given to a designated card holder. The easiest way for us to access your membership and levy balance is to swipe your card in the shop and clubhouse. However, don’t worry if you don’t always have it to hand as we can also access your account with your company details.

No, your credits are held electronically on your account and you can view your credit balance at any time via the app.

Corporate Flexi Members can use credits to book for multiple players. Just add your own company details for each guest that you need to book for.

Yes, you can choose to use credits to book buggies online. If you do not wish to use credits then please contact us directly to book a buggy and pay a reduced member buggy fee.

If you run out of credits you can top up with more credits at any time as set out below. The bigger bundles all represent better value per round.

You can check your credit balance via your online account.

Yes, the number of credits used to play will vary according to the season. Any changes will be advertised via our website or in the Pro Shop.

The initial bundle of 800 credits will expire at renewal, but any credit top ups added during the year will be carried over as long as you pay on time. Strictly no refunds will be given for any unused credits, if you decide not to renew or cancel for any reason.

No, the corporate Flexi membership is not affiliated with Sussex County Golf or England Golf so you cannot get an official handicap or play in any Club competitions.

Yes, you will receive 10% discount on all food and drink and on a majority of items in the shop as long as you add an equal value to the goods you wish to purchase to your levy account.

As a member you can also receive extra credit on the driving range by purchasing a ‘range credit top’ up via ‘Your Golf Booking’ account.

Tell us straight away if you lose your card as we can cancel it and issue a new one for you. You will be liable for any unauthorised credits and levy used until your card is cancelled.

No, you cannot cancel your membership part way through the year under any circumstances including financial circumstances or medical reasons. Any unused credits cannot be refunded or transferred to another member.
