payment

Full payment will be taken at the time of booking, no refunds will be issued.

You must report to the shop before beginning your round.

We are a cashless site

cancellation policy

Members can cancel a tee time online up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.

Visitors must call the club directly to move the booking to any date within the next four weeks and the relevant payment will be transferred to the new booking, no refund will be issued.

course playability

The playability of the course is subject to a decision made by a senior member of staff at the club. In the event the course is ever deemed unplayable on the day, the tee time will be moved to any date within the next four weeks and the relevant payment transferred to the new booking.

Pace of play information

Please always play Ready Golf and take ownership of your own pace of play.

Your expected round time will be 4 hours.

We will marshal the golf course as a when time allows throughout each day, please listen to the marshals, they’re there to help. Should you have any pace of play problems please phone in to the pro shop on 01243 978850.

Handicaps

No handicap required.

dress code

We do not operate a dress code but wearing golf shoes is preferable.

equipment

Golf clubs can be hired if required.

buggies

Buggies are subject to course conditions and may sometimes not be allowed on the courses, to avoid disappointment please check our web site for the latest on buggy availability.

emergency information

In the event of an emergency, be it medical or anything else, please contact the ‘Emergency Contact’ number on the scorecard – 01243 978850. This is the quickest way to ensure immediate action.

There is a defibrillator situated in the clubhouse just inside the entrance doors.

front gate

The main front gate of the site will be locked at 9.30pm daily, any cars left in the car park to be collected the next morning at 6am
